Can I make quotes and invoices with Vaultverter?
Yes. Add your logo, pick your colour and fill in your business details once: the app produces numbered quotes, invoices, deposit invoices, credit notes and work orders, with VAT per line and the required mentions. Your customer can sign the quote on your phone, then you print it or send it as a PDF.
What are the storage limits?
History: 50 entries on the free plan, 10,000 on this device with Premium, with the latest 1,000 synced across your devices. Catalog: 3 product records on the free plan, up to 300 with Premium. Stock: 15 items on the free plan, up to 2,000 with Premium.
Can I estimate electricity use and solar production?
Yes. The simulator compares consumption and production over 24 hours and across seasons, using appliances, battery, vehicle charging and prices you enter. Use the built-in Paris profile or manual data without geographic refresh. Results are estimates, not a weather forecast or a sizing study.
Are there ads?
Only in the free version, and kept light: a small banner appears after one minute of use and closes with one tap. Never full-screen ads, and none at all for Premium subscribers.
How does the lifetime offer work?
For the 30 days after you create your account, lifetime Premium access costs €14.99 as a one-time payment. After that, it costs €22.49. The countdown is visible in the app.
Are rates and prices real-time?
Partly, and the app says so clearly. Major cryptos are live (Kraken public feed). Exchange rates are reference rates published once a day (ECB first); stocks and other cryptos refresh regularly and every quote shows its time. Amounts are for reference only.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. The calculators, the trade tools and conversion with the last saved rates stay available offline. Prices update as soon as you are back online.
How do I install the app on iPhone?
Open the app in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. It then opens full screen like a regular app, and the calculators work offline. The App Store version is coming soon.
Can I manage stock?
Yes, for a shop, a workshop or at home. Add your items (by hand, from your catalog or by scanning the barcode), log stock in and out, and set a threshold: the app tells you when to reorder. The free version handles up to 15 items, Premium up to 2,000.
What is the parts catalog for?
It keeps your parts on file with photo, brand, manufacturer and supplier part numbers, and prices. Search for a product in the public Sonepar or Rexel catalogs and add it in one tap, with its photo and part numbers.
Do invoices include the required mentions?
The app adds the usual French and Belgian mentions: continuous numbering, due date, late payment penalties and the €40 recovery fee, VAT exemption (art. 293 B), reverse charge and ten-year liability insurance. An issued invoice can no longer be edited: you correct it with a credit note. Check the rules specific to your trade with your accountant.
How do I lay out a consumer unit in the app?
Enter the sockets, lighting points and appliances of the home: the app spreads the circuits across 30 mA RCDs (type A for the hob, the washing machine and the EV charger), checks the 8 circuits per RCD and the 20% spare, prints real-size labels and turns the materials list into a quote.
Which electrical standards does the app use?
NF C 15-100 for France, RGIE for Belgium and IEC 60364 for other countries: minimum cable sizes, points per circuit and ratings change with the chosen standard. The app helps with calculations and design, it does not replace a check by a professional.
How do I work out the right cable size?
In the Cable size tool, enter the power or current, the length and the use: the app suggests the cable size, the breaker and the voltage drop in volts and percent, for copper or aluminium, single or three phase.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Account, then Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and erases your data, photos included. A web subscription is canceled automatically.
